We humans, have so many wills, so many desires, some provoke to go to any extent to achieve them. Some are temporary, some are long living.
Long living wills are to be worked upon, they are to be afforded more as compared to others in achieving.
Short living wills are valuable only at that moment or kind of desires that will give us short-term satisfactions.
We feel low and frustrated when we cannot achieve these. At this time, seed up a question in yourselves, a question pondering upon the time span this desire is going to prevail like is it for an hour, a day, week, month or a year.
All you need over here is awareness. Awareness of your thoughts. One you are aware you yourself will find a way to get rid of these frustrating desires, get a way to move on and be happy, which is our main aim at the end of the day.
Never let this brain drive or control your life, your desires. Maybe its result of just a hormonal release. Take decisions from the deepest of yourself.
Analyze the satisfaction factor associated with the desire, think before being unhappy on not being able to achieve it. Let the negative thoughts pass by, let the inner soul in you bring the balance in your life. This will ensure your closeness with the peace.
Bring maturity in the film, being kiddish will not always help you out. Sometimes, the adrenaline rush may prove miserable afterwards.
Quitting to problems is not always the right solution. Sometimes it happens that when you face problems, you go on strengthening yourself because you try to hurdle out them and in this process, you go on getting ideas to overcome them. Finally, you find the optimal solution to it, thereby developing a safer side for you in the future. These ideas are the root players.
EGO. Nowadays, so much of ego has got stuffed in us that we don’t think of what’s right and what’s wrong. The only thing we think is how to show ourselves right. We don’t let go of these things that demolish our ego, instead, we constantly go on thinking about them. We constantly go on thinking how to prove ourselves Mr Right. These thoughts take over our minds and sometimes, ruin the relationships.
On committing something in anger may cause guilt afterwards because at that moment of time, it’s not us, it’s our mind and these thoughts that have taken control over us. It’s our tongue that helped, that bridged the mind and thoughts, de-bridging us from our people.
Whenever frustration knocks you down, learn to be calm, always refer to the stillness inside you. Its there, right there, deep inside you, shadowed by ego, hate etc. You won’t believe, I feel a major difference between me and others because I am able to access this inner peace more frequently as compared to others.
Again would like to say, be you, not your thoughts. Thoughts are today, not tomorrow, they may fluctuate but don’t let them drive your character. Make your character stable, make it strong. Strong enough to sail the Humanism.
